Here is the all new 1-lb bottle mount kit for the hump of the Gen2 Hayabusa made from .0125" 5051 H32 Thick aluminum. Using a Heavy Duty, high density hook and loop, 1" wide double faced Velcro to secure the bottle, it's a breeze to remove the bottle strap allowing for easy installation and removal of most any 1-lb cylinder.Comes with all the necessary hardware and brackets to fully secure the bottle.
The bottle tilts towards the valve downwards towards the battery compartment. You must remove the siphon tube in your 1LB bottle in order for proper liquid to feed out the valve.
If you use a stock inner fender, you must remove this part of your inner fender to allow the bottle valve to fit properly. I also recommend that you fit your bottle and possibly remove a small corner of plastic where the bottle rest between the u shape curve in the bracket. This will allow your bottle to sit 2 mm lower and you need all the space you can get.
If you use a Tiger Racing Inner fender, no modifications are necessary.
You will also receive a spacer plate that installs under your seat latch plate for proper hump fitment.
Naturally, for $79.95 the bottle doesn't come with the bracket.
