Exhaust System, Suzuki Hayabusa - Ti Force

TIFORCE FULL TITANIUM EXHAUST SYSTEMS have tapered head pipes, 4:2:1 design for the 1999-2007 and 4-2-2 design for the 2008, and titanium oval mufflers-all for the cost of competitors' stainless steel systems. Manufactured in Suzuka, Japan and imported exclusively by Orient Express, these systems really deliver! Oval canisters have a straight-through baffle core and some of the most awesome sounds this side of a MotoGP bike deep- mellow rumble to sweet high-pitched scream-a maximum 98 decibels.

TIFORCE exhaust systems are a work of art the quality and craftsmanship are second-to-none! It's easy to see why TiForce is the HOTTEST Sportbike performance exhaust! You won't believe the power gains- not to mention the looks you'll get! We use the highest spec, relatively thick .040" titanium tubing. Hand-bent conical tubes are welded to CNC-bent headers/collectors. These pipes offer not only superior weight savings, but increased durability over other performance exhaust systems. Your choice to retain standard passenger pegs, an overall weight just over 9 lbs., consistent horsepower and torque gains they're a force to be reckoned with!

TIFORCE STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST SYSTEMS offer all the same dimensions and performance of our full titanium systems plus $ savings! The polished stainless steel header and tail sections are mated with a titanium sleeved stainless steel canister. Systems typically weigh 14 lbs.

  • Titanium and Stainless Steel systems will turn distinctive gold/blue/purple hues.
  • All high mount systems are supplied with flush mount rear turn signals.
  • Systems offer oil drain and filter access and unhindered ground clearance.

Note - Standard Mount Exhaust systems will come very close to and may touch/rub stock body panels. It's recommended that you space the body out and install some type of heat shield. (High Mount and Sumo Exhaust systems offer more body clearance)
