Muzzy Stainless - The leading edge in street performance for your Sportbike, the MUZZY Stainless offers the durability, strength and beauty of stainless steel in a pipe that is designed to give the street rider maximum performance and durability. As with all our pipes, the MUZZY Stainless is hand welded for uncompromised quality and performance. The repackable muffler canister is highly polished aluminum with polished stainless steel end caps. Oval Titanium, Carbon Fiber and Stainless Steel muffler canisters are optional and available at extra cost

Muzzy Titanium - Building the ultimate Sportbike or racer? Remember there's no quicker way to go faster than to lose weight. Even better, lose weight with a part that adds power at the same time! The MUZZY Lite titanium exhaust weighs in at about 5 pounds and adds that well known MUZZY power. The MUZZY Lite features hand welded titanium tubing, CNC machined aluminum flanges and comes standard with an Oval Titanium canister with optional Oval Carbon Fiber or Oval Stainless Steel canisters also available. These pipes are similar to our championship winning Superbike race pipes and offer the ultimate in power production.

Muffler Options - Muzzys offers mufflers in two styles and four materials. Round mufflers are available in aluminum. Oval mufflers are available in Carbon Fiber, Titanium and Stainless Steel. The standard muffler shipped with a stainless steel exhaust system is the round polished aluminum. The standard muffler shipped with the titanium exhaust is the oval shape, either in titanium or carbon fiber. Any muffler is available with any exhaust by ordering the correct part number for the combination. Oval Carbon, Titanium and Stainless Steel are extra cost items when ordered with a stainless header. Any oval muffler (including bolt-ons) can be ordered either in carbon fiber, or titanium at the same cost (Oval Stainless Steel is slightly less). In general the core diameter and length are the same regardless of shape and material. Therefore, performance and sound level is the same regardless of material or shape. MUZZY Mufflers are packed with a special hi temperature sound absorbing fiber material and should always be repacked with this material. Carbon fiber mufflers are not recommended for extended high temperature operation such as found in Dyno testing or extended periods at high power. Care must be taken to ensure that carbon fiber mufflers are kept well packed to avoid heat damage.

All Muzzy ZX-14 Full Exhaust Systems come with an O2 sensor bung already installed!

Full system weight is 14.5 pounds for the Stainless Exhaust System with the Stainless Canister. Carbon or Titanium Canisters will be about 1 pound lighter.
